Happy Halloween!
I was quite proud of myself, because I managed to get their costumes completed the day BEFORE Halloween...no mean feat in this household these days. The only thing I made for Duncan's Woody costume was his cowhide vest, but Lily's Jessie required the yolks and cuffs, etc. to be added to a white shirt, chaps to be made, and a red yarn wig to be crafted. Dang it if they didn't come out pretty good! Go Mummy!

Man, if any kids dressed that well had come to our door last night, I would have given them ALL my candy, and possibly also the last slice of ginger cake :) Adorable kids and what a clever mom!

Moi,
I hope the kids have fun trick-or-treating around the neighborhood. They look so cute in their costumes. You did a fantastic job!

hey moira, how marvellous to see that you're back to blogging!!! your kids look adorable, much nicer than some of the strange creatures that came to our door... our vomiting pumpkin might have attracted the wrong crowds... but we had over 50 kids kocking that night and i almost ran out of candy!
hugs from across the pond!

Moi,
Oh my God, those costumes are amazing. You are sooo clever. The kids are delicious as always. Christopher's blog is really good. Are those actual underwater pics that he took, or are they postcards that he scanned? More later.
Love
Emma
